The company invests in projects in the clean and renewable energy
sectors, ranging from energy saving techniques, emerging energy
technologies, environmental protection mechanisms (such as
recycling) and emissions reduction.

Investments are or have been made through one of the following methods:

• Acquiring a majority stake in an existing company.

• Setting up new wholly or partly owned subsidiaries to develop any given project from concept to
completion.

• Acquiring a minority interest in an existing company, and taking responsibility for the management and
operation of such company.

This structure is intended to minimize the Company’s risk and enhance returns on its investments by obtaining
a degree of economic and voting control over investments.
There is no minimum or maximum number of investments, nor will there be any limits placed on the size of
any such investment(s).
